We know buying personalised baby gifts can raise questions. Here are answers to the most common queries about personalisation, delivery, returns, and product care.

1️⃣ Personalisation Questions

Q: Can I personalise my order?
A: Yes! Most of our products, including dummy clips, bibs, babygrows, and accessories, can be personalised with names, initials, or special messages.

Q: How do I provide personalisation details?
A: Simply enter the details in the personalisation box on the product page before adding it to your cart. Double-check spelling, punctuation, and capitalisation as we create items exactly as provided.

Q: Can I change my personalisation after placing an order?
A: Once the order is confirmed, we begin creating it. Please contact us immediately at beck2389@hotmail.com if changes are needed. We cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

3️⃣ Returns & Refunds Questions

Q: Can I return a personalised item?
A: Personalised items are made to order and cannot be returned for a change of mind, unless they are faulty or damaged.

Q: What if my order is faulty or damaged?
A: Contact us immediately at beck2389@hotmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will replace it or issue a full refund, and return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Q: How do I return a non-personalised item?
A: Ensure it is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Contact us for return instructions. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.

Q: How do I wash and care for babygrows and bibs?
A: We recommend washing personalised clothing at 30°C on a gentle cycle and air drying to preserve personalisation. Avoid harsh chemicals or bleach.

Q: Are your products safe for babies?
A: Yes! All TTCreations products are made with baby-safe, non-toxic materials suitable for newborns and toddlers.

Q: Are dummy clips safe for newborns?
A: Yes, our silicone dummy clips are designed to meet baby safety standards. Always use under adult supervision.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure payment options listed at checkout.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
