At TTCreations, we want you to be completely happy with your order. While our products are carefully made with love and attention, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary.

Please note: Personalised items are made to order and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Non-Personalised Items

If you’ve purchased non-personalised items, you can:

• Return the item to us within 14 days of receipt

• Ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Refund Process:

• Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it

• Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 5–7 business days

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your personalised or non-personalised item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately:

1. Email Beck2389@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item

2. We will replace the item or issue a full refund if we are at fault.

3. Return shipping costs will be covered by us for faulty items only

Incorrect Personalisation

We take care to ensure your personalisation is correct. Please:

• Double-check all details before confirming your order

• If we make an error, we will happily replace or correct your item at no extra cost

• Personalised items cannot be returned for a change of mind
