Please note: Personalised items are made to order and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Non-Personalised Items
If you’ve purchased non-personalised items, you can:

Return the item to us within 14 days of receipt

Ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
Refund Process:

Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it

Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 5–7 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your personalised or non-personalised item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately:

We will replace the item or issue a full refund if we are at fault.

Return shipping costs will be covered by us for faulty items only
